Kalakaua Clinic Update – No Clinic Through April 30.

Dear students and parents,

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy as we observe the standards suggested by our government agencies and state officials.

The latest LOCKDOWN should be taken very seriously and we must keep our social distancing in accordance with recommendations to get through this virus as soon as possible.

Per the Department of Education, schools are closed through April 30.  Therefore, Kalakaua Basketball Clinic will observe the same guidelines.

Please continue to be safe and be healthy.  Be careful and don’t eat too many snacks; watch your weight and exercise every day either by watching videos or just taking a walk to get fresh air and sunshine.

Miss seeing all of you and hope you’re doing well!

Aloha,
Coach Agena

NO CLINIC – March 15, 22, 29

The health and well-being of our students and coaches is our top priority. Although the number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the state of Hawaii remains low, we believe wisdom calls upon us to heed the recommendation of the State Department of Health authorities out of an abundance of caution and to align with public health guidelines.

Therefore, Kalakaua Basketball clinic is cancelled for the next three weeks:

  • March 15, 2020 (Cancelled)
  • March 22, 2020 (Cancelled)
  • March 29, 2020 (No clinic)

Please stay safe and stay tuned to all national and local sources for further updates.

During these changed times, please have your kids work on their academics, and teach them to help out with things around the house. Now is the time to teach your kids life lessons.

For the cancelled Sunday sessions (March 15 and 22), you will be credited towards the next session which begins in August 2020.

Blessings all of you with good health and keep the aloha spirit at heart!

Mahalo,
Coach Agena & staff
